I'm available for presentations at school classes, teacher groups, parent groups, and writer's conferences. I can tailor my presentation to the needs of the audience.

Whether I speak to a group of third graders or adults about my first book for young readers, The Head Bone’s Connected to the Neck Bone: The Weird, Wacky and Wonderful X-ray, they all enjoy my slide show that includes X-rays of various objects including broken arms, Barbie dolls, toy trucks, flowers and even chocolate chip cookies.

I use various approaches when speaking about this material. I can talk about the science of X-rays and its uses; the historical aspects of the scientific discovery of X-rays, how to write a book and get it published; how to research a book; and the process of book production.

When I speak to writer's groups, my presentations are slanted to the process of research and writing, finding a publisher, and the production process.
